The egg beater manufacturer recommends that the mixer must be cleaned after each day’s use: remove the mixing ball, mixing paddle and mixing bowl for cleaning; rinse them with clean water during cleaning, and do not knock or drop the mixer.
Weekly maintenance: Clean the egg beater every week by wiping the equipment with a damp cloth. Do not rinse the equipment with water to prevent water from entering the electrical components or bearings, which could cause damage. Monthly maintenance: Apply lubricating oil to the internal sliding parts of the machine every month and fill the gearbox with anti-wear gear oil. Check the tension of the belt to prevent slippage and damage. Egg Beater Precautions for Use

1. A protective earth connection must be in place.
2. Ensure the machine operates smoothly; do not operate the machine whilst it is shaking.
3. Do not rinse the machine with water.
4. Do not exceed the maximum mixing capacity.
5. When using the whisk attachment to mix fillings, please operate at speed setting 5 or below.
