2. Egg Loading System: Comprising an egg loading base frame, stainless steel chains, gears, and egg loading rollers, it features low-load capacity and high-load capacity configurations;

3. Washing System: Composed of three brushes arranged in an inverted triangle, two of which are cylindrical with different diameters and one is spiral-shaped, effectively removing stains from the eggs;

4. Egg Discharge System: Ensures that eggs, once washed, are smoothly collected into egg crates, reducing labor costs and improving efficiency;

5. Drive System: Composed of two high-performance motors—one is a gear motor, and the other is a fractional horsepower motor—operating on 220V. It features energy efficiency, a long service life, and ease of maintenance.

6. Large and Small Water Tanks: Constructed from welded 304 stainless steel, offering exceptional corrosion resistance. The large water tank is designed for the egg feeding system, while the small water tank is an integral component of the egg discharge system.
