An egg beater, also known as an eggshell separator, is primarily used for processing eggs and other egg products. During the processing, washed eggs are placed into the feed inlet; the egg liquid flows out through the outlet at the bottom of the eggshell separator, while the eggshells are ejected through the discharge outlet. The ejected eggshells are crushed into small particles, making them easy to collect and transport.
The eggshell separator operates on the principle of high-speed rotation to achieve eggshell separation. During operation, the machine-to-labor ratio is approximately 1:20, enabling enterprises to significantly reduce production costs and save time and resources during production and use.
Function 1: Separates residual egg liquid from eggshells after cracking. Function 2: Automatically cracks whole eggs and separates the eggshells from the liquid. Egg Liquid Yield: This product yields 97%–99% of the total egg liquid volume.
Applications: The eggshells separated by this product can be used as feed in poultry farms or processed into various products through deep processing. Utilizing specialized technology, the product is primarily used in various egg processing industries.
Capacity: Processes 20,000–30,000 eggs per hour.
Applications of the Egg Shell Separator: Enterprises producing dried meat, dried eggs, cookies, bread, egg rolls, biscuits, ham sausages, meatballs, egg rolls, mini buns, egg yolk tarts, moon cakes, and biopharmaceuticals.
