Improving the cleaning efficiency of egg-washing machines

Below, the egg-washing machine manufacturer outlines some points to note for improving the cleaning efficiency of the machine:

egg-washing machine
1. Top up the large and small water tanks promptly to maintain an appropriate water level.
2. When washing muddy eggs, periodically fill the large tank; once full, drain off 10 centimetres of water to remove any mud that has settled at the bottom. Close the drain, refill the tank, and once full, drain off another 10 centimetres. This process does not interfere with the normal egg-washing operation. To prevent blockages caused by the settling of silt, grime and other debris, the brine tank should be topped up promptly as required.
3. Inspect the drive belts at appropriate intervals to ensure the upper and lower egg conveyor chains are properly tensioned; apply grease as required; and check the power cable, replacing it immediately if damaged.
4. Should any eggs become jammed or fall out, reposition them promptly. At the end of each working day, the machine’s tank and racks must be cleaned, and the cover opened to allow for ventilation.
When washing eggs of different sizes, please adjust the size of the brushes at both ends promptly to ensure optimal cleaning.
Maintenance:
1. After the new machine has been in use for 15 days, check the tightness of the drive chain. If it is loose, adjust the chain to the appropriate tightness (the chain should not be too tight). Regularly apply lubricating oil to the bearings, gears and chain to extend their service life (every 10–15 days).
2. Before long-term storage, clean all components of the water tank, top up the grease, keep the machinery clean and switch off the power supply.
3. If any component is found to be damaged, replace it promptly to prevent further damage.
